Aftercare & questions
How do I care for a new tattoo?
Keep the wrap on for as long as advised, then wash gently with clean hands and fragrance-free soap. Pat dry and apply a thin layer of the recommended aftercare balm 2–3 times a day. Avoid swimming, saunas and direct sun for at least two weeks, and don't pick or scratch. Let it flake naturally.
How do I care for a new piercing?
Clean twice a day with sterile saline spray and pat dry with clean paper towel. Don't twist or rotate the jewellery, and avoid sleeping on it. Healing times vary from about 6 weeks for lobes to 6–12 months for cartilage. Come back and see us for downsizing once the swelling settles.
Can you design something from my idea?
Yes, that's what we love most. Bring words, photos, a Pinterest board or just a feeling. We'll design an original piece around it. Pick "Consultation" in the booking form if you'd like to talk it through first.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Sleep well, eat a proper meal beforehand, stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours. Wear comfortable clothes that give easy access to the area. Bring photo ID.
Is there a minimum age?
You must be 18 or over for tattoos. Piercing age rules depend on the piercing, so message us to ask. Photo ID may be requested.
How much will it cost?
Every piece is custom, so prices depend on size, detail and placement. Send a request with your idea and we'll come back with a clear quote before anything is booked.
